All orders are delivered via Royal Mail or DPD. All order placed before 14:30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
If there's an issue, we'll be happy to refund items upon their return. All items must be returned in their original conditions and within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns on food products if the items are damaged in transit or have a fault. Due to the nature of the food products we will need to approve returns before you send them back. Should you wish to return your order or have any issues, please contact us at email@example.com and our customer service team will be available to assist.
